All sales are FINAL.

Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on any items once an order has been placed.

 

Please Note:

 

  • We do not offer refunds for incorrect orders, buyer’s remorse, or changes of mind.
  • We are not responsible for misuse of products or failure to follow product instructions.
  • Orders cannot be canceled once they have been processed or shipped.

 

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

We will review the issue and, if approved, offer a replacement at our discretion (no refunds).
